Insurance

While we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with a Superbill in order for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance carrier. A superbill is a document used in healthcare, particularly in private practice settings, to provide patients with detailed information about the services they received during a session with a healthcare provider. It typically includes the provider's name, contact information, and identifying credentials, as well as the date of service and a breakdown of the services provided, including any diagnosis or treatment codes used for insurance billing purposes. Patients can use the superbill to seek reimbursement from their insurance company for covered services or to apply the expenses towards their deductible. You may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan as an out of network provider. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance for out of network providers?
