Caitlin Caldwell-Gates is the Marketing Coordinator at Cy-Hope Counseling, where she combines her creativity, strategic mindset, and passion for mental health to support both clients and clinicians. A proud graduate of the University of Houston with a B.A. in Communication Advertising, Caitlin brings a strong background in marketing, business, web design, and content creation.
With a deep appreciation for both design and psychology, Caitlin crafts marketing materials that reflect the heart of Cy-Hope Counseling’s mission: offering hope and healing to the community. Whether she's updating the website, designing flyers for counseling groups, or curating thoughtful social media content, Caitlin aims to make mental health more accessible and approachable.
Known for her warm personality and eye for detail, Caitlin is passionate about creating meaningful connections and creative solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys digital illustration, playing video games with her husband, and snuggling up with her cat, Roxy.
