Group Counseling

Our counseling groups help kids, teens, and adults connect, grow, and feel supported. They're also a great way to make new friends!

Group sessions are just $30-$50 per session—a lower-cost alternative to individual therapy—and many clients return year after year. Each group offers a fresh experience with new facilitators while keeping the same supportive goals.
