Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Hi! I’m Catherine, a trauma-informed therapist who believes the best healing happens when we feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted just as we are. I work from a person-centered lens and walk alongside teens and adults as they navigate everything from self-doubt to complex trauma
What Clients Can Expect
I take a deeply person-centered and trauma-informed approach, guiding clients with curiosity, care, and a strong belief in their capacity to heal. I strive to create a space that feels both safe and expansive—where nothing is too big, too dark, or too complicated to explore. My work blends reflective presence with practical tools, and I tailor each session to meet the needs of the moment.
Strengths as a Therapist
I’m known for being warm, intuitive, and deeply attuned. I feel most confident supporting clients through trauma, dissociation, and identity exploration. I work especially well with teens and young adults, and I’m skilled at helping clients untangle complex relational dynamics, self-harm, and suicidal ideation with compassion and clarity.
Ideal Client
My ideal client is a teen or young adult navigating trauma, identity, or dissociation, who’s ready for honest, meaningful work in a space where they feel safe and seen.
