Let’s Get to Know Each Other

Hi, I’m Cole. I’m a counselor who takes an integrative approach to therapy—blending tools from ACT, CBT, and DBT to help you improve the way you think, feel, and live. My goal is to help you build practical skills, deepen your self-awareness, and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.

What Clients Can Expect

With me, you can expect a mixture of honesty and compassion. I’ll help you explore what’s beneath the surface, challenge unhelpful patterns, and learn tools you can apply outside of sessions. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more present, empowered, and aligned with your values.

Strengths as a Therapist

I’m known for being direct but compassionate—someone who helps clients cut through the noise and focus on what really matters. I specialize in grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I’m especially skilled at helping people untangle complex emotions and internal conflicts. I also work well with men and create a nonjudgmental space for deep reflection and change.

Ideal Client

My ideal client is someone who feels weighed down by grief, trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt but is ready to face what’s hard and do the work. I work best with clients who are open to being challenged, curious about themselves, and willing to try new ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up for their lives.

Treatment Approaches

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based care. I draw from:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Through this blend, I help clients build insight, develop emotional flexibility, and strengthen their ability to cope with life’s challenges with intention and clarity.

Fun Facts or Personal Note
