He has a special passion for supporting those navigating the complex intersections of depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal thoughts. Kyle believes that healing begins when people feel truly seen and validated. His goal is to help each person reconnect with the strongest, most authentic version of themselves so they can live with greater peace, purpose, and resilience.
What Clients Can Expect
Clients working with Kyle can expect a grounded, compassionate presence and a space that feels both safe and uniquely their own. He strives to create an environment that reflects each client’s personality, values, and needs—and isn’t afraid to bring a sense of humor and creativity into the room. Using a blend of CBT, DBT, and ACT, Kyle offers practical tools while also holding space for deep reflection and growth. He often weaves in existential and spiritual components, especially for clients whose beliefs shape their personal journeys.

My ideal client is between 18 and 30 years old and is navigating depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts or feelings. I connect well with clients who are ready to face difficult emotions and are seeking a grounded, compassionate space to grow, heal, and explore their identity.

“We’ve all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That’s who we really are.”
