Selena is a proud graduate of San Jose State University, where she earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications. Selena is passionate about mental health and is dedicated to helping individuals find the right counselor to support their unique needs.

She brings empathy, clear communication, and a client-first mindset to every interaction—ensuring a welcoming and supportive start to each person’s journey.

Outside of work, Selena enjoys spending time with her two dogs Keelo & Jon, getting lost in a good book, and staying active at the gym.
