Group Description:
Big Feelings Studio is a therapeutic art-based counseling group designed to help children explore and manage big emotions in a supportive, creative environment. Through hands-on art activities and guided discussion, participants learn healthy ways to process emotions such as anger, sadness, and fear while building emotional awareness and regulation skills.
Participants Will:
• Identify and express emotions in healthy ways
• Learn strategies to manage anger, sadness, and fear
• Build emotional regulation and coping skills
• Use art as a tool for self-expression and calming
• Increase confidence and emotional awareness
