Group Description:
Emotion Explorers is a fun and interactive counseling group designed to help young children understand and express their emotions in healthy ways. Through age-appropriate activities, games, and guided discussion, children learn foundational emotional and social skills in a supportive group environment.
Participants Will:
• Learn to identify and understand their emotions
• Practice healthy ways to express feelings
• Build empathy and positive peer relationships
• Explore coping skills for managing big emotions
• Develop early emotional regulation skills
