Group Description:
XP & Empathy is a counseling group designed for high school students that uses games, collaboration, and guided discussion to build emotional awareness, social skills, and self-acceptance. The group celebrates neurodiversity and encourages connection in a low-pressure, engaging environment.
Through structured activities and reflection, participants learn how to navigate emotions, work with others, and build confidence in their decision-making and communication skills.
Participants Will:
• Build coping skills for anxiety and depression
• Increase stress tolerance and impulse control
• Strengthen social skills and peer connection
• Practice emotional awareness and self-acceptance
• Learn thoughtful decision-making and healthy responses
